I'm using BusinessOperationManager in my application.
For some reason, the "Close" button has ceased to become active after the process is completed. The code in this place did not change. There was a transition from the version of component 13 to 17.

In order to fix the issue, we must first reproduce the issue in our labs.
Could you please provide us with the following info?
1. A small demo project, reproducing the problem;
2. Detailed steps to reproduce the problem.

The "Close" button may not be activated if the operation ends very quickly.
Try adding the Tread.Sleep() to the operation.
