According to information from the description of the exception: Either the user, MEDUSIND\user, does not have access to the AdventureWorks2008R2 database, or the database does not exist.
You need to check the Connection string settings (in Ranet App) and Cube Security settings (in Management Studio, Roles permissions for Database).
The SLA is governed by a license agreement, warranty, or supplemental service contract.
