How to configure XAS correctly for branches

Dear support,

I currently try to configure and run XAS in order to configure branches in my web application. I already implemented all necessary interfaces regarding branches in my app.
When trying to run XAS (or start xas from the console with -dbupdate) I get the message:

"The 'MyTestApp.Web.AppModule' assembly is not found"

If I understand your documentation correctly, the "AppModule" named modules are only needed in order to configure custom modules in XAS (https://documentation.galaktika-soft.com/xafari/doc_xas_requirements). But I only want to configure branches. So why is XAS searching for 'MyTestApp.Web.AppModule'?
