I have a domain component
ISupportInitialize.
When an object of this type is commited from anywhere(detailview or listview) I want to execute custom logic with in the service.

Hello!

You can create your own service and define your own custom service context for it.
In it, override the CommitChangesCore method, where you can write your own logic.
