How to show nonpersistent object in dockpanel

Am using the documentation from https://docs.devexpress.com/eXpressAppFramework/116106/task-based-help/business-model-design/non-persistent-objects/how-to-show-persistent-objects-in-a-non-persistent-objects-view

I want to show a nonpersistent object in a dockpanel and use it for filtering the main view.How would I do that.

Also how do you filter a dockpanel based on selection of another dockpanel that is not the main view

I apologize for the delayed response.
DockPanels for non-persistent objects should work without additional configuration.
It is enough to perform the configuration described in the Dock Panels documentation.
