LogicController and Actions?

I'm looking at LogicControllers and I was wondering if they are a suitable replacement for a ViewController that creates actions in it's constructor?

More detail information you can see in documentation for the LogicController.
The documentation contain next clarification:
Logic Controller is defined similarly to the View Controller. Logic Controllers provide many similar methods, properties and events with the same signature. The main difference is that Logic Controllers do not serve as containers for Actions.
