New Web Project causes exception

I have a new Web project where I have added the following Xafari Modules:
Xafari
Xafari.BC
Xafari.BC.Web
Xafari.Editors
Xafari.Editors.Web

I do not have the ModelDiff Store enabled from DevExpress.

Idea idea how to avoid this exception on Application start?

the error occurred:

In order to fix the issue, we must first reproduce the issue in our labs. We are unable to reproduce the issue.

1. A small demo project, reproducing the problem;
