There are some points about your question:

 

1. In fact, your issue was localized on March 30 and it was completely solved on April 2. We have done Xafari build on April 6 and it had been completely tested and released on April 9. But unfortunately we haven’t reported to you about our fix at the time. I apologize for our fault.
2. Unfortunately localization took a long time. An example would help make it more faster.
3. Our customers who have purchased licenses have precedence in their service requests.
4. Generally our schedule – releasing Xafari builds once a month. But of course it depends on situation. And it is possible to make builds on customers’ requests.
