Hello,

Can you tell me where to download xafari version 14.2.5, because we have that registered version but I can't seem to find it on the download page. When I go to My downloads page, it downloads the new version, and not the registered one.

I don't understand what you mean when you say "We don't have this assembly". You don't have it anymore? We are not customers at this moment, but we were once and we purchased that registered version and we want to buy a new version soon. So.. At this moment we lost our Xafari installer. I need to publish a new version for our customer wich uses that old version. What can I do?

This means that we also do not have the Xafari installer for this version. However, we can reassemble the version of Xafari you need.
To do this, you need to buy a Xafari subscription.
When you purchase it you will also receive Xafari technical support.

Hello Mariya,

I found an installer for version 14.2.5 and I want to install into my new machine wich is x64(the old one was x86). I have the e-mail that was sent to me at the time of activaction. I tried to use the information from the e-mail but I receive an error saying "License file is corrupted". How do I proceed from here?

Hello!

You cannot activate the license on a new machine because the license is issued on another computer.
Each activation key is issued for a specific computer and cannot be applied to others.
To activate a license on a new machine, you must re-create an activation request on it and get a new activation key

I see, but the thing is, I changed the enviroment where I'm working, I'll not use the old machine anymore because I actually can't. My whole enviroment is new and it's already set for use, because my customer asked for an application update, but in order to make changes to the source code I need the old Xafari version working first, so then I could proceed with the update. I can generate a new activation request but my question is, If I need to install Xafari into another machine I have to buy a new key, even with the installer?

To activate Xafari on a new machine, you need a new key. But, unfortunately, we issue new keys only for our customers (buy Xafari subscription).
To activate Xafari you need:
1. to be our customer
2. install Xafari of the version you need (14.2.5) on the new machine.
3. generate a new request using the license manager and send us a request.
