Fixed bugs:
- Creating new records in the ListViewAndDetailView and In-Place Edit modes.
- Unable to create an instance of the Xafari.XafariMultiThreadValueManager when using Xafari Server.
- Lock when working with Numerators.
- ObjectSpace.CommitChanges raised an exception when generating numbers using Numerators.
- NullRefference exception in XafariReportsModule.GetModuleUpaters when XafariModelDifferencesDbModule.StoreModelDifferencesInDb is true.
- PopupContainerTemplate functionality is restored.
- The combined use of Wizards and Entity Framework in Web-application raised an exception.
- Some other bugs were fixed.
