Fixed bugs:
- EnumPropertyEditor (Win) functionality is restored
- ARM (Web). The initial deployment to the application is making successfully
- RunCmd. Application Model loading correctly when RunCmd starts
- XafariMultipleLookupPropertyEditor. DataSourceCriteria attribute functionality is restored
- Xafari.MQ.MQManager functionality is restored
- Some other bugs were fixed
